"My dogs, Belvedere and Saki love going to the Pet Hotel and Grooming Salon at SPCALA in Long Beach. It is in a very convenient location, just off the 22, 605 and 405 interchange. The facility is beautiful and clean, and the staff really spoils them with treats, attention and hugs and kisses. They are gentle and quick about grooming and baths and don't make them stay in a small crate for hours. "What a positive experience I recently had at the [spcaLA Pet] Hotel!  I boarded my mixed breed Australian Shepherd [Matilda] for 13 days while on vacation.  Needless to say, I hated to leave her that long.  All of the staff were great at the hotel, but I particularly wanted to point out Stephanie. . . I emailed her several times. . . Stephanie responded each time with how great Matilda was doing as well as giving me some daily insight into your operation, exercising, feeding, play-time, etc.  It was great to hear how your pet was doing while you're away and certainly made our separation easier to bear!  You have a loyal fan."
